Join the Sumerians as they challenge the men to become the Sacred Son King.

All men are encouraged to walk the path of Dumuzi and become

Divine as we gather in this new magickal place.

The race for the crown begins on Saturday morning.

Be ready to have a talent, a magickal ability, and desire to be transformed.

Schedule of Events


Friday evening: Gathering in and discussion of what a sacred Son is.
Saturday: Competition for Son King
Saturday evening the Sacred Son King will be crowned and be prepared for his magickal journey towards Godhood.
Saturday night: Main ritual and revels
Sunday: hugs, kisses and plans for the future

What to Bring?
Venders are encouraged to bring their goodies to sell (no seller's fee)
Drums, music makers and beautiful voices to help raise the

Energy as the King's transformation begins.

Camping gear


Bug Spray and sunscreen
A dish for the feast afterwards

Fee for event is $15 per person, children under 18 free with parents

Sumerian Womyn’s Retreat

July 23 – 25, 2010


The Sumerian Womyn invite all Womyn and Girls (boy children 5 and under may attend with mother) to a transforming and purifying retreat on the shores of the Blue River in Oklahoma. Come camp among old trees full of wisdom next to a river that sings with voice of the Goddess of Change. Let the bright full moon illuminate Her ways as we rise transformed from the depths of Her waters.

Friday - Gathering in, hugs and kisses

Saturday – Exploring the river and woods, relaxing

Saturday Night – Ritual of the Transformer

Sunday – Hugs, kisses and plans for the future


What to Bring?

Swim wear, bug spray, BLANKET (gets chilly at night even in July), a beer offering to the Goddess of Change, drums, music makers, fishing gear if desired, and a dish for feast.


Fee is $20, which is paid directly to the park and is good for one year of camping/fishing.
